Returns & Exchanges Policy

Jacques Lemans Ghana maintains a strict no discretionary refund policy for completed and accepted online purchases.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered where:

• Required by applicable law;
• Covered by the applicable warranty;
• Approved under an official Jacques Lemans Ghana return/exchange programme; or
• Otherwise expressly authorised by Jacques Lemans Ghana.

A customer may not return a product solely because they have changed their mind where no legal or approved return right applies.

A product that has been damaged, altered or misused by the customer is not eligible for a discretionary refund.

Examples include:

• Scratched cases;
• Broken glass;
• Damaged straps;
• Water damage caused by improper use;
• Impact damage;
• Missing components;
• Altered parts;
• Unauthorised engraving or modification;
• Unauthorised repair; and
• Other customer-caused damage.

Any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Customers must carefully verify their:

• Product selection;
• Model;
• Colour;
• Quantity;
• Delivery address;
• Telephone number; and
• Other order information

before completing payment.

Where a customer enters incorrect information and the resulting error is not attributable to Jacques Lemans Ghana, the customer may be responsible for any resulting additional cost, subject to applicable law.
