14-day returns
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of collection or delivery. Bring your order confirmation and proof of purchase to our boutique or contact us to arrange a return.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for eligible jewellery and straps are subject to stock availability. Visit our size guide before ordering rings and bracelets.
Warranty
Jacques Lemans products include a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty service is handled through our Ghana boutique — please contact us with your order number and product SKU.
Non-returnable
Customised items, earrings for hygiene reasons (unless faulty), and products showing wear are not eligible for return.
